Our Story

Louise and Kayla met while working together at an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. Their shared passion and desire to provide quality, ethical ABA practices led them to start Bee-Have.

The foundation of Bee-Have is built on play-based, child-led, trauma-informed, and neurodiverse-affirming practices. We believe every child deserves support that honors who they are.

Together, they have created a community of fun, energetic, creative and passionate BCBAs and RBTs. As a team, we create individualized ABA programs to support the unique needs of your child and family. We call this community "The Hive".

The Hive goes beyond a child's home program. We believe in collaborating across multi-disciplinary therapists (OT, PT & Speech) as well as providing school support to ensure comprehensive care for your child.

What Sets Us Apart

Compassionate Care

We treat every family with empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique challenges you face.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

We celebrate neurological differences and work with your child's unique brain, not against it.

Trauma-Informed

We prioritize emotional safety, consent, and trust-building in every interaction.

Family-Centered

Parents are essential partners in therapy—we support the whole family, not just the child.
